This hero is all about Movement. Control and manipulation of it, as well as insane speed.

Gust - (Active)

|Flash whips his arms through the air so fast it sends a wave at his opponents, forcing them backwards and dealing damage

Notes:
    Targets a single unit, has a cast range of 400, everything between Flash and that unit takes half damage and half knockback, drectly away from flash, the primary unit takes the full damage + knockback. Aoe is the width of the line where secondary units can get pushed.

|How Flash got his name. He dashes forward at great speed, pushing a wave of air in front of him that wreaks havoc as it flies.

Notes:
    Travels at 700 units per second, so at level 4, it takes 2 seconds to travel the whole distance. The shockwave travels twice as far as flash did, from the point of landing. So, if flash is level 4, he deals 100 damage to anything he goes over, and then 200 damage to anything in a straight line that he's travelled 2800 units ahead of him. Works with recellerator, so you can use it to snipe far fleeing enemies, maybe. Drop a recellerator, flash through it, then you'll go 1400 units from flash, and another 2600 units from the recellerator (600 bonus, 700 on the way in, 1300 total from recellerator, for 2 seconds. Actual distance would be a little different - since you'd lose a very small amount from the jump through the recellerator, throwing a nuke 5200 units away. Damage is blocked by BKB.



Touching the void - (Passive)

|As flash runs he creates small tears in the world and something gets in from the void, hungering for flesh. Whenever Flash goes more than 400 units in one second, he starts to summon units.

Notes:
    This activates once Flash has moved more than 400 units in a single second, and then stays on until he moves less than 200 in one second. This movement can be from anything - a haste rune, his ultimate, force staff - whatever you want, as long as it means he goes further than 400 units in 1 second, and then as long as he keeps moving quickly, it stays activated. As soon as he slows down (has moved total less than 200 units in the past second) all the horrors disappear.

    The horrors are untargetr, invulnerable units. They follow Flash until they come within range of a unit, and then break off to attack it, or for a total of 7 seconds once they've broken away from flash. When that unit dies, they vanish. The horrors are a black tinted small sattyr - like a black tinted riki.

    When this deactivates, it cannot be activated again for the listed cooldown - 4 seconds.

    Spawns once every 150 units that Flash moves past the initial trigger, so for a level 4 Flash, it would activate after the first 400 units, and then spawn 6 times over the course of the rest of the charge ( 1400 - 400 = 1000, 1000 units remaining gives you spawn triggers at 550, 700, 850, 1100, 1250 and finally 1400 units moved).

    The Horrors will search out targets within a 300 AoE of flash. You cannot control who they attack in any way, other than by running close to people.



Recellerator - (Active)

|Flash drops a sphere of energy that accelerates anything that comes into contact with it. Anything that touches the sphere is either flung through it, or back in the direction it came from and 600 units/second + initial speed, for 2 seconds.

Notes:
    The effect is cumulative. Gains a subskill when learnt that flips all current recellerators to either push units in the same or opposite directions.

    What ideally I would like is this to interact with other movement skills. If mirana leaps through this, she gets slammed forward crazy fast, if void timewalks through it, he ends up halfway across the map. (think the weird interaction between greater bash and timewalk that happened a while ago - there's a youtube video, except this is deliberate, and equally awesome) Pipe dream would be to have it interact with dummy units of spells - mirana could shoot an arrow through the recellerator, and have it gain speed and go screaming off for miles. I'm not sure how codable that is. I have a couple of ideas for the speed + speed interaction - one could store each hero's current speed vector as a variable refreshed every .03 seconds, say, and then just add the numbers for the duration, triggered movement in a usual manner - this obviously wouldn't work for the arrows etc, but they should be a case of moving the dummy unit as a separate event, I think.

    If none of this is possible, but I think it could be, then the numbers can be buffed to compensate for not being able to use current speed as an input for fun shenanigans. The spirit of it is essentially you can set up recellerators, use them to either control enemies, dropping them in front of them and then switching to force your fleeing opponent back, or as an awesome escape mechanism. Completely ignores BKB, both friendly and ally.

Synergies:

One would hope they're clear, this hero is meant to chase.

So you have gust + recellerator (bounce)

Drop the ulti behind your opp, switch it, slam them into it with gust, they come screaming towards you (and your team)

Flash + gust - run behind, drop your gust on the opp, back into your team.

Recellerator + passive = swarms of dudes. Similarly passive + flash

Double recellerators + team = team blink to a different lane (ish). If the opposing team follows, they're going to have a swarm of angry horrors to deal with

Drop a recellerator, use it to bounce up a cliff, switch it to bounce as opponent is about to run into it - clean escape.

Drop a recellerator, flash through it over a running enemy, they have a half dozen horrors swarming them and slowed, letting you turn back and chase into them, gusting them back towards your team.

All in all I think this hero would be epic fun to play. Open to suggestions for icons/hero model etc, as I think they're pretty good, but could well be better if someone has a better knowledge of icons etc than me.

If something is confusing, please say and I'll do my best to clarify.
