This is a hero I've made very recently and I thought I'd post here. It's from DOTAFire.com

Lore
Born with wings as beautiful as pure snow, Josephine grew up in the wasteland slums of Kiri'Molar. Once a city flourished of riches and culture fell to the might of the chaotic demons whom Doombringer commands. Under the watchful eye of her father's teacher, Josephine has learn winged combat to survive under the devils control and drove the demon battalion out of Kiri'Malor. For every swift strike is followed by a barrage of chaos magic, weakening the movements of enemies. Josephine is able to provide protection under the snow-white wings which are trained to withstand the deadliest spells and might. Under extreme pressure, Josephine calls for a 2nd blade and empowers her might further to overpower any enemy. Her people have dubbed Josephine as Archwing, savior of the Kiri'Molar.


[Q] - Chaotic Barrage - [20]CD - [100]Mana Cost
Summons three chaos orbs that deal 20/30/40/50 pure damage. Each orb strikes after Archwing Josephine lands a physical attack. Dealing with chaotic magic has strengthen Josephine's speed, passively increasing her attacks by 5%/10%/15%/20%. Orbs has a 3000 projectile speed and slows enemy movement speed for 5%. Slow from each orb stacks.

Level1: 20 Pure damage per orb, 5% attack speed increase
Level2: 30 Pure damage per orb, 10% attack speed increase
Level3: 40 Pure damage per orb, 15% attack speed increase
Level4: 50 Pure damage per orb, 20% attack speed increase

Note: Each orb reduces enemy's movement by 5% at all ranks



[W] - Winged Combat [15]CD, [125]Mana cost
Archangel Josephine launches herself into combat and upon landing, erupts chaotic magic around a 300 radius which decreases affected enemy's movement speed and resistance to magic.

Level1: 500 distance traveled, -3% magic resist on enemy heroes
Level2: 600 distance traveled, -5% magic resist on enemy heroes
Level3: 700 distance traveled, -7% magic resist on enemy heroes
Level4: 800 distance traveled, -9% magic resist on enemy heroes

Note: 10% slow at all ranks, stacks with Chaotic Barrage



[E] - Archwing's Protection
Under Josephine's wing, allies are protected against deadly powers by 15%. While fending off against enemies there's a chance to swing 3 times.

Level1: Wing's reach 300, 10% chance to swing 3 times and deal 1 Chaos Orb (Damage depends on Chaos Barrage Rank)
Level2: Wing's reach 375, 12% chance to swing 3 times and deal 1 Chaos Orb (Damage depends on Chaos Barrage Rank)
Level3: Wing's reach 450, 14% chance to swing 3 times and deal 1 Chaos Orb (Damage depends on Chaos Barrage Rank)
Level4: Wing's reach 525, 16% chance to swing 3 times and deal 1 Chaos Orb (Damage depends on Chaos Barrage Rank)

Note: Josephine's wing protect only allies when there are allied heroes within reach, if alone the wings protect herself.

Each proc applies 1 Chaos Orb and the extra swings are instantaneous



[R] - Father's Gift - [120]CD, [150]Mana Cost
Passed on from Josephine's father, the sword greatly empowers Archangel's powers for a moment and each slash has a chance to send forth a slash of chaotic energy.

Lv1: Increases Archangel's total attack damage and speed by 15% and grants 0 collision for 15 seconds. Each slash has a 10% chance to send forth chaotic energy, dealing 100 pure damage and travels 500 distance with 250 radius. (Think of Kurosaki Ichigo's Getsuga Tenshou)

Lv2: Increases Archangel's total attack damage and speed by 20% and grants 0 collision for 20 seconds. Each slash has a 10% chance to send forth chaotic energy, dealing 150 pure damage and travels 500 distance with 250 radius. (Think of Kurosaki Ichigo's Getsuga Tenshou)

Lv3: Increases Archangel's total attack damage and speed by 25% and grants 0 collision for 25 seconds. Each slash has a 10% chance to send forth chaotic energy, dealing 200 pure damage and travels 500 distance with 250 radius. (Think of Kurosaki Ichigo's Getsuga Tenshou)

Note: Chaotic Energy goes through BKB

Summary:
Designed to be a late-game machine with an ok mid-game power. Haven't really thought of the base stats yet but I'm thinking of good AGIL/INT gains. Good starting strength but bad STR gain.

This hero sounds so IMBA!!!
I suggest reworking the Chaotic Barrage, it seems like you could kill a hero just with that xD
Also, maybe making it an orb effect, because that would be imba with deso.

Do the orbs get burned from charges? Like is it just one orb per attack, and if so is it used for hero units or all units?

I think it is an interesting spell. Seems like a cool combo of PA's stifling dagger and Phantom Strike while still being unique and fair.
