*works for consumables / meka / urn
*dmg from dmg source; healing from healing source
*recharges heal to what a bottle would get from runes
*can recharge from well
* well will only fill it to 200
*dmg from normal auto attks isnt added to dmg pool
can only use dmg or healing at one time.
if dmg is capped than left hand is deactivated and vice versa.
*will drain from dmg taken unless ethereal or capped.
**when capped deals N + 40/70/90% for healing or damage
For Damage
An eblade that does a LHO, reduces armor by 6 and slows by the percentage of increased damage that caps at 20% and any more goes to increased
movement speed to those in the ethereal state
For heal
Heals the target by 15% of total healing done
Ultimate - grant him entrance to the ethereal plane as well as increasing his passives.
